The problem it solves
PDF menus are often unreadable on small screens, difficult to update and weak search content. A menu built as real page content can use separate categories, descriptions, photos and current prices without pinch-zooming a document.

What we define before launch
Before publication we normalize the source sheet or document, verify prices and assign responsibility for future updates. Allergens, availability and translations are published only from owner-approved data.
