QR Loyalty System

A digital QR loyalty system rewards repeat visits for restaurants, cafes, salons and other local businesses.

A QR loyalty system replaces a paper stamp card with a digital customer profile. The guest opens the card from a code, sees progress and the reward, while staff grant a visit or redeem the benefit under rules set by the business.

The problem it solves

Scanning is not the hard part; abuse control and a simple counter workflow are. Earning rules, staff roles, reward expiry and code reuse must be explicit, otherwise the program creates disputes instead of loyalty.

First-release scope

  • Branded customer card with progress, reward details and a clear redemption state.
  • Staff flow for granting visits and a separate flow for redeeming rewards.
  • Owner controls for the threshold, copy and core program rules.

What we define before launch

Before launch we define what counts as a visit, who can grant progress, how long rewards remain valid and what happens after redemption. A shared multi-device system requires a backend, authentication and permission testing.
